I've ordered a physical product but it is a pre order. When will I get my order?
Thank you so much for your order! if you've ordered something that is a "preorder" please refer to the shop listing or your order confirmation for details. Typically a preorder will be open for a length of time that will be specified at the time of order. once the preorder is over all items will be printed and shipped within two weeks. shipping time will be dependent on the current first class usps shipping times.
what is the lotus return/exchange policy on items ordered in the shop?
Thank you so much for your order! currently most of the lotus ink items are made to order and we carry very low stock. this is because we are primarily a screen printing company that prints for other businesses. we do have a small shop we are growing and are so thankful for your support. we will do everything possible to help with a return or exchange if needed on "in stock" items ordered. if this is the case please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you within 24 hours. at this time returns and exchanges will be reviewed on a case by case basis. there are no returns or exchanges on preorder items. if you have any questions on sizing prior to ordering please feel free to use our contact form or reach out to email@example.com

what is the minimum order for a custom order?
the minimum for screen printing is 12 and the cost is based on quantity, number of colors and locations. please fill out our quote form for more info. the minimum for embroidery is 1. there is a $20 one time digitizing fee for all embroidery orders. pricing is also based on thread count and number quantity ordered. please fill out our quote form for more info.
what is the lotus ink return/exchange policy on custom orders?
custom orders are nonreturnable and nonexchangeable. we will work with you through a thorough process including several mock ups, proofs and quotes to make sure that your custom order is exactly the way you want it before we send you an invoice and receive payment. we absolutely want you to be happy and excited to receive your custom order. if there are any issues or concerns please contact the rep you were working with or feel free to email email@example.com. thank you!
what is the lotus ink shipping policy on custom orders?
Custom order turn time is typically 5-7 business days from the receipt of garments from the warehouse. all policies will be reviewed with you by your rep during the quote and ordering process. if you are in the greater phoenix area we will deliver your order or make it available for pickup depending on what is easiest for you. if you are outside of the greater phoenix area shipping cost and times will be discussed with you as you are placing your order.
